After the restoration, last night the workers illuminated the house of the Nazi and Hitler's associate Jafer Deva in KM
As announced two years ago, the fake Pristina Ministry of Culture has completed the renovation of a house in the southern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, for which the so-called Kosovo institutions claim that it belonged to Jafer Devi.
The renovation project was made by the Swedish organization "Cultural Heritage without Borders" with its branch in Pristina, and the value of the works is half a million euros.
Jafer Ibrahim Deva was a pre-war associate of the Abwehr, the head of the Kosovo-Mitrovka section during the German occupation of Serbia, the founder of the "Kosovo Regiment" known for crimes against Jews and Serbs, who was decorated by Hitler in 1944. During the Cold War, the CIA "washed his biography", he died in San Francisco in 1978. He was known to the intelligence structures of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia since 1936, and at that time it was already suspected that he was an associate of the Abwehr — the intelligence and counterintelligence service within the army of the Third Reich .
In the first years of the war, he was in charge of Kosovska Mitrovica and at that time he was known for evil , among other things, for the order from May 1941, when he approved the confiscation of all valuable real estate belonging to the Jewish community in Kosovska Mitrovica. As early as August 1941, the first internment of men aged 20 to 55 took place in the Mitrovica prison in Kosovo. All this is done by the German occupation administration with the help of Jafer Deva and his associates. However, Jafer Deva did not stand out only in fighting against partisans, but also in terrorizing the civilian population of Kosovo and Metohija.
Using the position of the Minister of Internal Affairs in the so-called The government of Redžepa Mitrovica, whose seat was in Tirana, had considerable resources at its disposal. It was this regiment that, on its way to Shkodër and Tirana, from December 3 to 8, 1943, committed numerous crimes against the Serbian civilian population in Peja. After the arrest and killing of people from the list of suspicious persons, on the night between December 3 and 4, there was a manhunt for innocent civilians. The city is blocked. Members of the "Kosovo Regiment" broke into Serbian houses, took away men whom they would have kept locked up in the towers of Zejnel Bey and Ševćet Bey Mahmutbegović or in the Sali Daka tavern. At night, they were taken to the execution grounds around the city and killed , and the bodies were left on the spot or thrown in Bistrica.
During the last days of the "cleansing", Peja detainees were not imprisoned, but were taken directly to the river and the surrounding execution grounds. The message was sent to the Serbian community, and the victims were primarily respectable and wealthy people from the Peć region (traders, cafe owners, former civil servants, retired military personnel, artisans, farmers).
Jafer Deva escaped trial in Yugoslavia because he retreated together with members of the Wehrmacht, Army Group E. The Third Reich took it out of the Balkans and it survived the Second World War. He died in San Francisco in 1978. In declassified CIA documents it is confirmed that Adolf Hitler decorated him in 1944.
