Ναι αλλά αν η πορεία ήταν προς την εστία θα δινόταν .
Για αυτό έβαλαν μετά και τα σχετικά που λες εσύ.
Ο κανονισμός είναι σαφής, δεν μπορείς να τρέχεις με τα χέρια απλωμένα γιατί μεγαλώνεις το σωμα

Πορεία προς την εστία δίνονται όλα.
Αν πασάρω-σουτάρω και η μπαλα βρει (άθελά σου) στο χέρι σου που είναι είναι πανω από τον ώμο ή σε θέση που μεγαλώνει αφύσικα το σώμα, τότε δίνεται πέναλτι. Δε δίνεται όμως πέναλτι αν η μπαλα βρει το χέρι σου αν πας να τη διώξεις άτσαλα με το πόδι και βρει στο χέρι σου ή άλλος παίκτης κοντά σου τη χτυπήσει με πόδι ή κεφάλι κι αυτή πάει στο χέρι σου. Είναι καθαρό ότι μιλάμε γι' αυτή τη περίπτωση. Αν η μπαλα χτυπουσε σε κεφάλι παίκτη κοντά σου και πήγαινε σε χέρι που δεν ήταν σε "αφύσικη" θέση, τότε ούτως ή άλλως δε θα υπήρχε παράβαση (αν η μπαλα δεν πήγαινε προς την εστία) και δε θα υπήρχε λόγος να γραφτεί αυτή η περίπτωση. Η φάση θα καλύπτονται από τη μη αφύσικη θέση χεριού.

•football expects a player to be penalised for handball if they gain possession/control of the ball from their hand/arm and gain a major advantage e.g. score or create a goal-scoring opportunity
•it is natural for a player to put their arm between their body and the ground for support when falling.
•having the hand/arm above shoulder height is rarely a ‘natural’ position and a player is ‘taking a risk’ by having the hand/arm in that position, including when sliding
•if the ball comes off the player’s body, or off another player (of either team) who is close by, onto the hands/arms it is often impossible to avoid contact with the ball
•When the GK clearly kicks or tries to kick the ball into play, this shows no intention to handle the ball so, if the ‘clearance’ attempt is unsuccessful, the goalkeeper can then handle the ball without committing an offence

Όσον αφορά το 2019 προσωπικά ψήφισα τον Μητσοτάκη γιατί πίστεψα στο όραμα μη πολιτικά χρωματισμένου εκσυγχρονισμού που παρουσίασε.
Καλά θέλετε να ξέρουν και τι σημαίνει above τα μπαόγκια? Δύσκολα τους βάζετε. Ότι πεί μπαογκμάνια, το όπεν, το μετροσπόρτ, ο Κόλκας και το άμισθο φαλακρό αγόρι.

Αν η μπαλα χτυπά παίκτη κοντά σου γκομπακη, αυτό που έβαλες παραδέχεται ότι για τον παίκτη είναι συχνά αδύνατο να αποφύγει την επαφή. Αν μετά από τέτοια επαφή σε παίκτη κοντά σου ή μπάλα πήγαινε σε αυτό που εσύ θα έλεγες φυσική θέση, τότε δε θα υπήρχε λόγος επεξήγησης. Νιώσε ρε. Σε τέτοια περίπτωση φυσικής θέσης χεριού, δε θα δινόταν παράβαση ούτως ή άλλως. Η επεξηγηση δίνεται ακριβώς για τη περίπτωση που η μπαλα βρίσκει χέρι μετά από επαφή σε παίκτη κοντά σου λόγω της παραδοχής της δυσκολίας του να αποφύγεις τη μπάλα σε τέτοια περίπτωση.

Έχουν προάγει το γαυρισμο σε άλλα επιπεδα οι μπουγατσομαχοι. Προσωπικά τους θεωρώ μιάσματα ιδιας συνομοταξίας με τους χρυσαυγιτες.

ως ανακαλυψη εσυ θεωρεις την αποδεδειγμενη δευτερη καρτα που δεν εδωσε στον πουγγουρα στο μεταξυ μας; την καρατια πανω στον πασχαλακη στο δευτερο ματς;
να χαρω νοοτροπια!γεια σαν
σημερα συγγνωμη(οχι οτι ειδατε το ματς δηλαδη! αλλα της μοδας ειναι να την λεμε στον ΠΑΟΚ ) συγγνωμη που ανεφερα πως συνεβη χερι σε επικινδυνη φαση στον μορα(και που σωστα ΔΕΝ το εδωσε)

Ρε φιλε εισαι ανικητος πραγματικα.Οι τελιτσες της πρωτης παραγραφου ειναι μπετον.Δεν αλλαζουν ουτε διαφοροποιουνται απο τα υπολοιπα που διαβαζουμε παρακατω.Αν δεν ισχυουν αυτες,τοτε προχωραμε στα υπολοιπα.Γι παραδειγμα το γκολ του Μακεντα που πρωτα χτυπησε στο σωμα η μπαλα και μετα στο κολλητο χερι ακυρωθηκε ακριβως γιατι εφαρμοστηκε αυτο της πρωτη πρωτης τελιτσας.Δεν εξεταζουμε καν τις υποπεριπτωσεις μετα.

ανακαλυψη ειναι οτι ο πελκας συνεχιζε να παιζει και μετα το 10ο λεπτο
οπως επισης και οτι βρηκες οτι του εγινε και πεναλτι σε φαση που ο αντιπαλος επαιξε μπαλα
τοποθετησου για αυτα πρωτα και μετα μπορει και να ξαναασχοληθω μαζι σου

Γι παραδειγμα το γκολ του Μακεντα που πρωτα χτυπησε στο σωμα η μπαλα και μετα στο κολλητο χερι ακυρωθηκε ακριβως γιατι εφαρμοστηκε αυτο της πρωτη πρωτης τελιτσας.
απο την στιγμη που το χερι του μακεντα ειναι φαουλ οποιος δεν δωσει την σημερινη φαση πεναλτι εφαρμοζει 2 μετρα και δυο σταθμα

Handballs
Any goal scored or created with the use of the hand or arm will be disallowed this season even if it is accidental.
The handball rule now has extra clarity because it does not consider intent by a player.
Another big change is to do with the position of a player's hand/arm.
If the ball hits a player who has made their body "unnaturally bigger" then a foul will be awarded.
IFAB says that having the hand/arm above shoulder height is rarely a "natural" position and a player is "taking a risk" by having the hand/arm in that position, including when sliding.

It is, however, considered natural for a player to put their arm between their body and the ground for support when falling, so long as the arm is not extended to make the body bigger.
Deflections
Premier League players will be allowed extra leeway when it comes to ricocheted handballs.
