Πιθανόν λογικό άλμα η παραδοχή ότι η εκπαίδευση σε GPU αναλογεί στην εκπαίδευση κλίμακας με ακόμα πιο εξειδικευμένο hardware, ενώ τα μοντέλα που ελέγχουν χλωμό να μπορούσε κανείς να τα εκπαιδεύσει σπίτι του έτσι κι αλλιώς, κάτι που υποστηρίζεται και από την κατακλείδα του άρθρου η οποία αφορά την συνεχή άνοδο της μπάρας της ΑΙ έρευνας από άποψη κόστους και μεγέθους μοντέλων, κάτι που κάνει όλο και πιο δύσκολο για ακαδημαϊκούς ερευνητές να είναι σε θέση να συνεισφέρουν στην ανάπτυξη του πεδίου.
