Σε περιοχές με ακραία καιρικά φαινόμενα, κινητοποιήθηκε και πάλι η αστυνομία και ο PLA για να πάνε τους μαθητές εγκαίρως στις εξετάσεις. Και άλλες περιπτώσεις με κινητικά προβλήματα, απομακρυσμένα χωριά κλπ.
