Συμφωνα με τον forbes η εισβολη στην Ρωσια ειναι μεγαλο λαθος γιατι θα εχει το αποτελεσμα που ειχε η εισβολη του Μπελγκοροντ τον Μαρτιο(δηλαδη 2-3 εβδομαδες μαχων χωρις αποτελεσμα)την ιδια ωρα που το μετωπο του Ντονετσκ καταρρεει λογω ελειψης αντρων. Προσφερει στον Ζελενσκι την δυνατότητα να μιλαει για το Κουρσκ τις επομενες 2-3 εβδομαδες και να αποφευγει να μιλησει για την καταρρευση του μετωπου σε πολλαπλα σημεια στο Ντονετσκ
