Τα οσα λεει, για ενα κρατος με ασπιρεησο να λογιζεται ως υπερδυναμη ειναι αυτονοητα. Στις ΗΠΑ δεν υπαρχει 6 φαλαγγα. Στην Κινα επισης δεν διαφαινεται κατι τετοιο.
