▫ In order to prevent biological threats and ensure biological safety, the Russian Federation intends to give priority to the following areas:
*Investigation of the alleged development, use and use of biological and toxin weapons, especially on the territory of neighboring states;
•Prevention of terrorist attacks and/or acts of sabotage by dangerous pathogens and coping with the consequences of such acts and/or acts of sabotage;
*Strengthening cooperation with allies and partners in the field of biosafety, primarily with the CSTO and CIS member states.

▫To ensure economic security, economic sovereignty, sustainable economic growth, structural and technological renewal, increasing the international competitiveness of the national economy, maintaining Russia's leading position in the world economy, reducing risks and taking advantage of opportunities arising from the profound changes in the world economy and international relations, as well as from the unfriendly actions of foreign states and their associations, does the Russian Federation intend to take the following measures as a matter of priority:
*Adaptation of world trade and monetary systems to the realities of a multipolar world and the impact of the crisis of economic globalization, in order, first of all, to reduce the opportunities for unfriendly states to abuse their monopoly or dominant position in certain areas of the world economy, and to strengthen the participation of developing countries in global economic governance;
*Reducing the dependence of the Russian economy on unfriendly actions of foreign states, primarily by developing a depoliticized, secure and independent of unfriendly states international payment infrastructure and expanding the use of national currencies in payment transactions with allies and partners;
*Strengthening Russia's presence on world markets, increasing non-energy exports and geographical diversification of economic relations with a reorientation to states with a constructive and neutral policy towards the Russian Federation, while at the same time being open to pragmatic cooperation with business circles of unfriendly states;
*Improving Russia's access to world markets, protecting Russian organizations, investments, goods and services outside Russia from discrimination, unfair competition and attempts by foreign countries to unilaterally regulate important world markets for Russian exports;
Protection of the Russian economy and international trade and economic relations from unfriendly actions of foreign states by applying special economic measures in response to such actions;
*Assistance in attracting foreign investments, advanced knowledge and technologies, highly qualified specialists to Russia;
*Promotion of processes of regional and interregional economic integration that are in Russia's interests, especially within the Union state, the EAEU, the CIS, the SCO and the BRICS, as well as with a view to the formation of a larger Eurasian partnership;
Using the unique geographical location and transit potential of Russia for the development of the national economy and strengthening transport and infrastructure links in Eurasia.
