There is no way it was the police. It was exactly the police and the state who did not want trouble. A 15 minute silence is ridiculously long, dignity requires no more than 3. Remember the whole thing was designed by drama students, 15 minutes creates time for disorientation and confusion and the set up of something unexpected. LRAD devices are no larger than a sound system loudspeaker. I know that area like the back of my hand, there are buildings there in the process of renovation, any actor could have gained access and set one up without raising any suspicion. Anyway, arrests happened before the protests started, one student leader has fled to Croatia, mercifully all passed off without much incident. Hopefully the dumbfuck students and liberal Russian soy boys will now let Serbia breathe again.
