Pfizer/BioNTech and Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccines remained effective at preventing infection with the Delta variant
Two doses of the Oxford/AstraZeneca were 67% effective against infection with the Delta variant (79% with Alpha).
Two doses of Pfizer/BioNTech were 80% effective against infection with Delta (78% with Alpha).
While two doses of Pfizer/BioNTech were initially more effective, protection declined faster than with Oxford/AstraZeneca and they provided similar levels of protection after four to five months.
Both vaccines remained at least as effective as protection from prior natural infection.
Vaccine effectiveness was higher among younger adults and those who also had a prior natural infection.

Τα δειγματοληπτικά στατιστικά του UΚ, όπως και οποιασδήποτε άλλης χώρας, δεν αντανακλούν την πραγματική κατάσταση των κρουσμάτων. Είναι εξαιρετικά μικρή και μη ελεγχόμενη η δειγματοληψία (σε αντίθεση με άλλες στατιστικές έρευνες).

Απεναντίας, όλες οι οργανωμένες μελέτες δείχνουν μείωση μόλυνσης από 65 ως και 90% μετά τις δύο δόσεις.

Τίποτα. Είναι μια κλασική ματσακονιά, όπου παίρνουν στοιχεία που ο πληθυσμός ήταν ανεμβολίαστος και ο κορωνοϊός σε εποχική έξαρση και τα συγκρίνουν με το τέλος του κύματος.

On July 10, 2021, the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MADPH) received reports of an increase in COVID-19 cases among people who reside in or had recently visited Provincetown, MA, a tourist town on Cape Cod. Provincetown had attracted thousands of visitors, many of whom reported attending multiple large public and indoor gatherings, starting with the 4th of July weekend and throughout the following week. COVID-19 incidence in the area rose quickly during the subsequent two-week period, from 0 cases in the 14 days before July 3rd to a peak of 456 cases/100,000 persons/day during July 11th-24th1.

Αν πιστέψουμε εσένα, ο εμβολιασμός δεν παράγει αποτέλεσμα.
Αν πιστέψουμε το άρθρο, χάρη στον εμβολιασμό δεν επεκτάθηκε η μόλυνση.

Αυτό είναι μια υπόθεση, τα στοιχεία δείχνουν κάτι άλλο. Εξάλλου ένα disclaimer το χρειάζεται κάθε έρευνα, πλέον, για να μην κατηγορηθεί ότι είναι αντίθετη στην εμβολιαστική εκστρατεία. Σε τέτοια παρακμή έχουμε φτάσει. Δεν τολμάει κανείς επιστήμονας έστω και να προκαλέσει συζήτηση γύρω από την αποτελεσματικότητα των εμβολίων, ό,τι κι αν δείχνει η ίδια η μελέτη του.

Αλλά θα σου κάνω την χάρη να διασκεδάσω την υπόθεση ότι ο εμβολιασμός είναι 50% αποτελεσματικός απέναντι στην μετάδοση. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι στα στοιχεία του ΗΒ θα πρέπει να εμφανίζονται διπλάσια κρούσματα στους ανεμβολίαστους. Με βάση αυτό λοιπόν, να το νέο πινακάκι με την αποτελεσματικότητα απέναντι στην νοσηλεία και στον θάνατο:
