Fiat debt isn’t meant to be “fixed”, it’s meant to enslave. The goal is perpetual debt servitude, where the global elite own everything, and you own nothing.

THERE IS NO EXIT. THE ENDGAME IS SET.
The U.S. government will NEVER repay this debt. The plan? Print until it collapses. Inflate away the debt, wipe out savings, and then introduce the “solution”, CBDCs and full-spectrum financial control.

And when the debt implosion comes? Americans dollars, pensions, and savings will burn. The only winners? The same bankers, bureaucrats, and war profiteers who started the fire.

The only real money is hard money. Everything else is a lie.

The more I think about what happened this week, the more amazing it is to me.

I think very few people really understand what it means for the dollar to be the world reserve currency. How we have to run structural fiscal/trade deficits for it to work. The upside has always been we get several points of GDP in functionally “free” imports, getting a lifestyle above all others. The downshot was always we are structurally disadvantaged in trade with a very artificially strong dollar (that becomes increasingly uncompetitive every year in a cumulative way). This is the hollowing out of the us manufacturing base. It’s no surprise the bottom half of incomes haven’t gone up on a real basis since the 70s - basically since Nixon closed the gold window (and the world formally moved to using treasuries as the reserve asset vs gold).

We’ve always known so many things were unsustainable. The deficit, especially entitlements, would eventually lead to ruin. And the pain and downside from that would be horrific, but it’s always been “sometime later”.

The top half of America has thrived under this paradigm and the bottom half has suffered immensely.

I truly believe Trump kinda gets this and has decided f- it, he’s going to do something about it. Take the pain now. Deal with the inevitable now so we can fix it and move on, no matter the price. Trump is godawful at communicating, and his execution is pathetic. Sickeningly pathetic.

But this is where we’re going. If the US truly goes down this path, I personally don’t see how we remain the reserve currency, because by definition can’t have balanced trade. Not even close.

So we’ll get rallies, and I’m positioned for one now. But if I’m right, you have to evaluate the US economy on the assumption that the fiscal deficit is closing and the trade balance is closing. That means we won’t be getting a trillion or so a year of free imports, cheap goods. That’s the price.

If so, we’re going far, far lower. There’s a lot of excess in the system, accumulated over the last 17 years since the last real recession. No one under 40 knows what it was like. We’re nowhere near fear or panic.
