Το test του COVID-19 είναι απάτη;

Αν κάποιος πάσχει από μια ίωση, σίγουρα θα έχει το DNA του ιού. Η παρουσία όμως μιας ΟΣΟΔΗΟΤΕ ΜΙΚΡΗΣ ΠΟΣΟΤΗΤΑΣ του εν λόγω DNA ("ακόμα και ενός μορίου") ΙΣΟΔΥΝΑΜΕΙ ΜΕ ΙΩΣΗ;
