What do we know so far about the details of the emerging ceasefire agreement?

I am attaching a collection of details recently published by Arab, Israeli and foreign sources regarding the terms of the emerging deal. They are largely similar to a deal outline published in the past, during 2024.

I will say that the sections detailed below are not necessarily accurate/complete/official and the deal may include additional/other/different sections - this is because no party has officially published the details of the deal.

However, it is likely that the core of the agreement will revolve around the sections detailed below:

1. In the first phase of the agreement, which is expected to last 42 days, approximately 30 live Israeli hostages (probably 33) from the women's sector, children, adults, the sick and female soldiers will be released.
In exchange, Israel will release hundreds of Palestinian terrorists imprisoned in Israel, including those sentenced to heavy life sentences.

2. Increased aid will be brought into the Strip. Probably hundreds of trucks a day. The process of rebuilding the Strip will begin.

3. The IDF will withdraw from points on the Philadelphi axis as well as in the northern Gaza Strip. A certain return of Gazans to the northern Gaza Strip will be allowed (perhaps subject to certain conditions).

4. The end of the war will not be declared in the first phase of the deal (this is a point that Israel insists on. The declaration of the end of the war will come in the second phase, when the remaining living hostages will be released in exchange for serious terrorists).

5. During the first phase of the ceasefire, negotiations will begin on the second phase, which will include the release of all hostages and the declaration of an end to the war.
