Yesterday, US State Department imposed an immediate freeze of all foreign aid including to Ukraine.
Yesterday, Putin said no talks can take place until Zelensky repels the Ukraine decree on forbidding negotiations.
Today, Zelensky (confused and agitated) said that his decree banning negotiations with Putin was dictated by the circumstances of the moment.

The green t-shirt actor is getting squeezed on both sides. Something may be cooking between the big powers.
